First National Sales Meeting

In May, the Sales department held its first national sales meeting where Director of Operations, Stephanie Hewitt and District Manager Richard Walker presented a day in the life of an Event Manager. During the presentation, they went over what a perfect day, and what a not so perfect day consist of. This provided a lot of insight and understanding on how hard our Event Mangers work to keep things running smoothly.

Sharing Increases Completion Rate

To improve completion, the sales team has been tasked to share the departments schedules with each buying department, looking at all events 3-weeks out. By doing so, they have been able to remove the events where the items are not carried, add events in locations where they were not scheduled and encourage Costco to review their on-hands to ensure they have adequate stock to sustain the event. With Costco’s leadership team behind us, we have been able to increase the completion rate from 94.8% in P9 to 97.0% in P10 and 96.6 in P11 across Eastern Canada.

Lucie Delisle

We send Lucie on her way with our extreme appreciation and warmest wishes for a long and enjoyable retirement!
